Hey Erin this looks great! I see you getting two assignments done in one :)
A couple design things... - I might not mix a serif and a san serif font - See what it looks like with the pencil pointing inwards. I know it is pointing at the start of "Participate to be great" but it kind of directs your eye off the page as well. - The check at the bottom is a little out of place to me. You have the diamond with respectful, pencil with materials, and the hand is participating, then the check is just chillin there. - Lastly, the hand looks a little closer to the words than the pencil, and the diamond is the furthest away. Maybe if you flipped the hand (so it is angled the other direction) it will even out the spacing.

Thank you! I see what you said about the pencil and I will rework that. I will change the fonts as well. How is the alignment?
