These are great! I only have a couple of suggestions to improve what you've already done. When I clicked on the images to enlarge them, the "Contact" tab seems little close to the right edge of the page. I didn't notice that with the white border around the image as they are displayed above.
Also, all of your images are high quality and effective for this purpose, but I wonder if you cropped some of the ones in the "Our Kids" section? If so, you could resize the pictures so that people at the edge of the frame are not half in/half out of the image, while still maintaining the same image sizes. Arranging them in the 6-block grid looks professional, as long as you can fix the cropping in a few of those pictures.
You've really done a nice job with this, so I can't find anything else to say. I hope Tara uses your design. If my son were younger, it would make me want to check out her daycare services!!
