My depiction is rather simple. I toyed with a lot of ideas, but thought that for this particular assignment that simplicity was best. The represented 80% of employees are squeezed into 20% of the graph, while the reciprocal is shown underneath. For me, this visual makes the important information obvious.

Saadia, this is effective. My only suggestion pertains to the angle of the words. I would make the angle match the angle of the bar graph since the other elements seem to line up with this.

ReplyDeleteI really like what you did for your web activity! I enjoy how you made a point of depicting the percentages using the color separation. You could maybe add percentages on the left side of the graph.
