This was a really interesting design for the "80/20" activity. I liked that you were able to create an image for a specific employer and that you applied it to a real life situation. The picture does have some organization to it but there is a lot going on at once. You might want to consider making the writing a little larger so that it is a little easier to read. I like the repitition with the pictures and the colors that were used it your visual. Good job!
