This is a good use of a visual with a message. I especially like the picture inside the arrow. I think that arrow shaped picture should be on the cover, maybe with a heading something like "Which direction is my career going?"
The thing I don't like is the mirror effect under the inside header-- very hard to read. Maybe you could take a section of the clouds from the b&w photo and use that for the header background? Just a thought.
I agree with Matt, great arrow! I would suggest eliminating the spaces under your last bullet (first visible panel) so that it doesn't look disjointed. I like how you have incorporated the idea of growing (center panel) through both your visuals and verbiage, that was a great idea! My only other question is of the layout of your back page. I may just be missing the mark, but will your image be easily readable when the brochure is tri-folded? I love the images, just wouldn't want them to become distorted or slighted by a folded page. Great work!
