I think you lay out is neat and easy to read. I like how you summarize the program on the front cover. There is a space in that section before 'mid-career' that looks odd.
In the second section the center photos look nice. The lay out of them gives a sort of scrapbook look to the page that I like.
Your color is really psychedelic. Do you think it's distracting? Other than that, I like the simple and effective layout - you might try to pull out some quotes or stats to draw attention rather than have so much writing. Kind of like what Matt had with his 72% and 86% stats.
