This is a pretty rough draft but I think all the content (words) is in there. The layout and boxes though are what I'm curious about. Also, the look I'm going for is more of a classic look which is apparent with the font and picture.
This is neatly laid out and easy to read. The information is not crowded.
I like how you echo the muted colors in the photo inside your text boxes. My eye, however, wants a little more contrast. Maybe a light-grey background color would make it look more professional? I don't mean in the text boxes but as the background around the text boxes.
I really like the layout of your brochure, as well as the content you chose to include in it. I think it gives the reader a nice understanding of what Middle Matters is really all about.
My only criticism would be exactly what Matt has said, there isn't much contrast in the brochure. If you can work on that, I think your brochure will be set! Great job!
