Not sure if you all are even looking for feedback on this still or not, but if so, I just had a few comments: Why does the poster say "JMU Ed Tech" twice? Seems a bit redundant. Also, the square image inside the gold circle doesn't seem right. What if you made the inside image a circle instead? Like use the circle selection marquee tool in Photoshop (or whatever editing software you're using) to draw the circle on the image, then go to "inverse selection," then delete that portion. Just an idea! I feel like if the inside image was circular it would look way better. Then your quotation bubble could actually extend outside the large gold circle which might be interesting :)
