I like the layout of the poster Kellie. It definitely flows and captures your interest, specifically if those questions apply to you. As you read them, they stick out in your mind. Even if you don't have these questions now, I think someone would remember this poster and come back in the future.
I really like your logo and the poster. They go well together and I think they will be helpful for people onboarding. Plus you will have something to put on your new office wall if you have it printed.
