I've tried out a couple of different fonts; made the lines of the mountains thicker in one version; and added the graphic with the evergreen tree/wheelchair. (fhwa.dot.gov) Thanks for your feedback.
I like the top logo. The words stand out more. What about putting the "Allies for People with Disabilities/Employee Resource Group" on the top and the "Elkton, VA Chapter" on the bottom?
I like the top logo! it's much easier to read than the original. I feel like the content is heavy on the bottom left and there isn't much on the top right. Maybe move some text over there or add another graphic?
