Your book makes me hungry for really good chocolate. The pictures are really good and work well with the theme. I like the font you chose, but if you have space you might consider making the explanation text a bit larger. At times it seemed a little small. The background with texture was a good idea. I noticed you used 3 or 4 different page backgrounds. I liked them all but it may/may not work better to have them go in a specific order and repeat the pattern. It seemed to repeat, but not in any pattern. Overall I think this looks good.
