Middle Matters Logo: First Attempt

Here is my first attempt at a logo for Middle Matters. To stay consistent with the picture from my poster and brochure (outdoors, road, trees), I tried to draw a tree using an oil brush technique in Sumo Paint; then, added the M2 from my brochure! I added a green glow effect to the text to try to make it blend more with the tree as well.
