Thanks to Katie we have a great template for our presentation for Wednesday. I am traveling until Sunday and Shaun is at a conference. You will note that in some places our slides are missing and in others it seems like there is a lot on the screen. This is because of the animation techniques we will be using in PPT. We look forward to sharing with you all we have learned this semester when we meet as a class on Wednesday!
Excuse the sound in this video. I was in Festival and it was loud. I chose not to try an overlay a voice track because of the Friday frenzy!

Great start, group!
ReplyDeleteThe only suggestions I have are to reformat the fonts throughout the pages so that they are all the same size/font and are not running off of the page. It also might be helpful to add subtitle-esque pages before each type of project to aid in viewer organization as it looks like you are organizing by project. For example, before showing all the multi-page projects, insert a slide denoting that this is the project coming up.
Hi group - I wanted to say that I like the way you have things organized in your presentation by project, so all of you speak about a specific project or assignment (whether group or individual) as you move through this presentation.
ReplyDeleteHowever - I would have liked to see some of the design concepts we've learned exemplified in your slide template - its very plain and doesn't look original. I know this can be hard to do and keep consistent since the colors in the assignments all vary - but maybe there are some elements of a master slide design that could be incorporated. Other than that just keep font size and style consistent throughout!
Great work
