I like the concept of the first one because it is based off of a popular trend. Because of this, it is appealing and it catches my attention. My only suggestion for that one is that the logo is too small. I have to stare at the poster to notice it.
The second one is also nice, but I just don't like the quality of the picture and the purple background with the purple font. I love the idea, though!!
I agree with Katie that the logo in the first poster seems too small for such a big space, and I think that if you want to establish (or more like maintain, in your case) brand recognition, making this logo would really help. The yellow and black colors work well together to help viewers associate roads and cars with the logo and with the parking services offered by the business. I also like that you stuck to a simple, sans-serif font for this first poster, which helps it look clean and simple.
I'm not as fond of the second poster, though, because the 1)the silhouette image looks really pixelated, and viewers may not know whether this choice was made intentionally or whether the designers just decided to use a low-quality image. Are there even a few spots in the hair and sunglasses section where some pixels are transparent? Also, tying the yellow color into the rest of the poster would make it look more cohesive, I think. Currently the other elements of the poster look isolated from the logo, and not integrated or unified. If you do choose to use the silhouette, it would be nice to see a little empty space around its edges, rather than the image reaching all the way to the edges. (It looks like it doesn't have enough room) The purple text at the bottom could be pushed up a bit also to allow some empty space at the bottom, just so things don't look quite so crowded.
Both ideas are creative and I think you have some really good things going!
My favorite is also the first one. I do agree with Katie that the logo needs to be much bigger. I like how your poster is designed around your logo, so making that bigger would be beneficial. All of the elements in your poster work well together.
Keep calm and park on! I love it. As with the others, I like the first one the best. It is a simpler design but because "Keep calm and..." is so popular right now, it makes it very relevant and effective, especially for the audience you are trying to reach. I can see how your group is reaching out to the audience in the second poster as well, through objects such as the sunglasses :) but I prefer the first one still. To me, the logo acts as a road for the buggy (not sure if this was intentional or not; if so- good job!) but I think it needs to be bigger. Making the logo bigger will catch the viewers attention to the purpose of displaying the poster. Usually, having the text centered is frowned upon often in designs but here it definitely works, especially with the use of negative space. I like it!
If you go with the second one, I would like to see what the poster would look like with the logo in a different position, and the "Madison parks it" directly under the image.
