Ray, I like your repetition of red in both the words and lines. Overall, the poster layout works. Your heading, picture, and the word MATTERS are slightly off center. They need to be moved slightly to the right. The block of copy beneath looks fine.
if the picture is not yours, you need to cite it on your poster. I suggest you take your own picture and use it to avoid needing to cite your source.
Echoing Dr. Wilcox's thoughts,you do a great job of repetition. I like the layout, but I think you can find a better picture. The picture also seems off center. So maybe explore some other images that can grab attention while also just making sure everything is aligned how you want it. Awesome job though.
