I like how added both AHRD and LTLE, as they are related to one another. I think this is very interesting logo and I like it. My eyes are the best, so it could just be me, but while the black does stick out against the green, it is a little hard to read when it is small. This would seem that it would work better on a larger medium and some of it might get lost when shrunk down. I do like the tree and the symbolism.
