Module 3: AHRD Poster

To create this poster I used Inkscape. I chose inkscape because I found it to be simple and easy to use. I have never gotten the hang of using Photoshop, but I found Inkscape's layout to be similar to Paint, which is also a very user friendly tool.

The image I chose to use was from the James Madison University Student Government Association. I wanted to include an image of the Quad because it is one of the most prominent symbols of our university. The Quad is also one of my favorite parts of JMU so it was also a personal touch for the poster. I also included the JMU seal from the JMU website because it is another important symbol of our university.
