Good job Charelle. The use of the scale shows the inherent imbalance in the 80/20 principle. Maybe the only change I would make is to have something in the image that would represent money. Maybe have the two people sitting on a pile of cash while the others surround two dollars?
Cherelle, I like the idea of using the scales because it is a creative and fresh idea! It gets across the point of a 80/20 ratio, but I do agree, it does not quite show the relationship of how 80% of sales are made by 20% of salesmen. Adding images of money would benefit the message you are trying to portray. I think the black and white colors and the placement of the scale work well, creating the image to be simple. I enjoy the black silhouettes for the images of the salesmen. Good job!
